These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by Sydney Curated.


1. Services

Sydney Curated provides website design and consultation services for dental clinics. Services are delivered as a fixed-scope website package unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each package typically includes:

  • Website design and structure (up to 4 core pages)
  • Basic content layout and formatting
  • One revision round

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.


2. Payment

All services require full or partial payment in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are listed in USD and are fixed for the agreed scope of work.

No work will commence until payment terms have been confirmed.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate business information
  • Logos, branding materials, and images (if required)
  • Any required clinical or service information

Delays in providing materials may impact delivery timelines.


4. Revisions

Each project includes one revision round unless otherwise stated.

Additional revisions or major changes outside the original scope may be billed separately.


5. Delivery

Project timelines will be agreed before work begins. Delivery times may vary depending on client responsiveness and project complexity.


6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Work begins after payment has been received and project details have been confirmed.

If a project is cancelled before work has started, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Sydney Curated.


7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website content and design delivered for their business use.

Sydney Curated retains the right to display non-confidential work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.


8. Limitations

Sydney Curated provides website design and communication structure only.

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • search engine rankings
  • patient enquiries or conversions
  • business performance outcomes

9. Third-Party Services

Some services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins). Sydney Curated is not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party services.


10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
